The Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) is a corporate body established by a government that has a mandate to set, conduct, and award qualifications to candidates who sit and pass the examinations conducted by the Council. The Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) develops and administers examinations at the end of primary (Grade 12 Composite Examination), end of junior secondary school (Junior Secondary School Leaving Examination), and end of senior secondary (School Certificate Ordinary or ‘O’ Level Examination). Apart from those examinations, the Examinations Council of Zambia also conducts teacher education examinations for early childhood education (ECE), the Primary Teachers Diploma (PTD), and the Secondary Teachers Diploma (STD).

How to Check ECZ 2024 Grade 12 Exam Results
Below are simple procedures that will help a student or parent to check/print 2024 Grade 12 exam results:
- Visit: https://estatements.exams-council.org.zm:8000/
- Click the E-STATEMENT OF RESULTS link above.
- Click on CANDIDATE SIGN IN.
- Select Grade 12 (Junior Secondary School Leaving Examination) level to check results for in the dropdown box.
- Enter the candidate’s examination number in the provided textbox and then click on Search.
- The results will be displayed, showing all the details of the candidate and school.
- Click on PRINT STATEMENT OF RESULTS.
- A PDF document will be generated in a new tab within the browser.
If you get a message saying the statement of results has been successfully generated BUT the statement is not shown in the browser, you need to enable pop-ups in your web browser. In that case, you will be required to redo the process from step 4.
Important Note: If you forget your examination number, go to your primary school, where you finished your primary education, and ask the school’s examination officer. You have to provide a few details that tally with your registration details. But also, you may visit council premises or use the below contact information.
